Colorado volunteers to fill its skies with domestic drones
The Daily Caller ^ | 05/10/2013 | Greg Campbell

Most of Colorado’s congressional delegation and Gov. John Hickenlooper have signed a letter to the Federal Aviation Administration asking the agency to turn the state into a testing ground for unmanned drones — even while acknowledging that the public remains uneasy about how they might be used by both the government and private individuals.

Democratic Sen. Mark Udall is leading the charge

...

In a speech at the National Press Club Wednesday, Udall was careful not to use the word “drone” too heavily, opting instead for the industry-preferred “unmanned aerial system,” or UAS.

Colorado was invaded by limo liberals and hippies decades ago. In the early 60s (thanks in part to John Denver and his drivel), CO became the place to be for enviro nuts, rich liberals, and outdoorsy-health-nut yuppies. They have ruined the state.

Colorado is proof of the downside to California’s outbound migration. Any Southern State should be weary of taking in California refugees.

Colorado, my beloved adopted state is now the ultimate test ground for fascism.

Colorado volunteers to fill its skies with domestic drones

When I saw the title I was hopelessly optimistic. Imagine if 10's of thousands of Coloradans went out and bought or made drones to fly around Colorado (outside of airspaces like airports). Those drones could fly anywhere (below 500 ft) and do anything. They could even block or intercept government-run drones and nobody would be charged since 10,000 people could have done it. The government drones would use known frequencies and encryption which would be very noticeable. Citizen drones could simply home in on those signals.

“What the heck happened to Colorado ... didn’t this state us to be a bastion of conservatism?”

Colorado suffers a severe case of Boulder Dementia Syndrome.

It started with the commie faculty (forgive the redundancy) at the UC Boulder campus. Then the rest were infected.

Good news is that Boulder Dementia Syndrome(BDS) is cured by bankruptcy. When reality penetrates the bubble of delusion surrounding the BDS victim, acute cognitive dissonance, couples with material deprivation and hunger results in a cure.

The fascist liberals love this stuff when they control it but most dope smoking liberals hate the fascists. This is going to backfire. We have far more dope smoking liberals than fascist liberals.

Further Udall excerpt:

“We need to integrate UASes into the American psyche in a way that isn’t threatening or scary,” he continued, noting that the word “drone” carries a stigma because most people associate them with “Hellfire missiles and the headline-grabbing work our government is doing overseas.”

Colorado is being used as the point of the spear on too many Obama initiatives.

No state offers to do such a thing as this without undue outside influence.

Every sportsman should make it their duty to knock out at least three drones.....every day.

I'm more concerned about cameras, as are most people.

The Hellfire missiles come later.

Isn’t Colorado where they fine people who want to collect their rainwater and use it to water their lawns?

Maybe it was, sometime before "progressive" Teddy visited and communized so much land. But really, no. It's a myth and always has been.

Economic conservatism does not exist without moral conservatism.

Remember this, too, when hunting season arrives...and every other tourist season. Continue indulging in misinformation and feeding the B., or starve the B.
