Impeachment isn’t good enough. He needs to be removed from office! The whole bunch should be up on charges.
Criminally negligent homicide at the least!
That's what impeachment is...if the Senate convicts him of it...(that's as likely to happen as the sun will rise in the west)

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors.
