Funny, I remember getting into some cabs in San Diego that were piloted by slavic sounding drivers...
I guess it was kinda an obvious posting for them as it was easy pickings for intel and chatter if the fares talked too much...
According to the only American cabbie we had on our last trip to DC, the fares will chatter away about the most sensitive information as if they were alone in the cab.
