I’m happy to see that it is really IN Detroit and not 30 miles outside in a suburb where the unemployment rate is not awful.
As a refugee from the suburbs “where the unemployment rate is not awful” I beg to disagree. I was a Cub Scout leader and at one point, every single parent in our den was unemployed. Is 100% not awful?
