Who would ever think those nice Mexicans would rob anyone?
I had a black neighbor who told me that a vacation in Mexico turned into a nightmare for him. I’ve been in Mexico, but with blond hair and European heritage, I COULD pass as European - but for him, being black was an absolutely automatic “I AM A ‘RICH’ AMERICAN” flag, and he was hounded to death with panhandlers, kids selling stuff, and so on.
