A tactic used by divorce lawyers representing the woman where kids are involved is to get the female client to claim she was abused by the husband so it will be easier to get the kids and keep the father from seeing the kids.

In many states, domestic abusers share the same website as sex abusers.

I'm not claiming something similar happened to this guy. I don't know his history but I do know divorce lawyers use this tactic - the liberal side of the Republican vs democrat on my local am radio in the morning admitted this happens. He is a divorce lawyer.

The subject came up during a debate about whether or not my state should revisit who exactly goes on the sex abuse website.

The reason why the subject came up was because of an incident where a man was murdered by strangers because they saw his name on the website and automatically assumed he was a child molester.
