It isn’t going to stop until the ‘good guys’ start suing and/or bringing charges against the nanny-staters for these kinds of ridiculous acts/arrests.

I'm afraid that it's too late for that. It won't stop until local citizens start to "tar and feather" the snitches and enforcers of illegal laws. Then finding those caught doing so NOT GUILTY with jury nullification.

Those are good "nuts and bolts" solutions. I hope everyone pays heed to your recommendations rather than just express "outrage". We need to talk but we also need to act.
