The 11 “gay marriage” includes D.C., I think.
‘Gay marriage’ accepted: CT, DE, ME, MD, Mass., NH, NY, RI, VT, WA, IA + the capital.
I have 11 actual ‘gay marriage’ states plus the capital, still doesn’t add up, at least for me. I’m probably doing something stupid, maybe HI was left out of the amendment list because it is so different than any other one.
