What’s most important is what it is revealing about Obama’s character. The lying doesn’t surprise anyone, and besides, truth be known, it’s considered an endearing quality in the left’s leaders.
No, I think something is seeping through the woodwork here, and it’s from an accumulation of events, and the way Obama has handled them.
First, the desire to close GITMO. To please whom? The Islamic Middle East. It’s weak.
Next the Fort Hood shooting. ‘Couldn’t even name the enemy. Afraid to confront the enemy even in nomenclature.
The Boston bombings. A rush to mirandize. Again, to please whom? Scared.
And now Benghazi, where weak, scared, and afraid have become cowardice.
We need to begin using the word-coward.
It’s something we on the right have perhaps sensed, but now it’s become the elephant in the room.

I am woman. Here me roar.
In a voice too big to ignore:
"What difference, at this point, does it make?"

"It is incomprehensible for a rational person to understand their reasoning in perpetuating this lie, and all the others that have gone before it solely for ideologys sake." It's their albatross. Let them wear it.

One is reminded of the political officers in the Russian military and the black leather clad Gestapo or the East German Stazi

To me, the biggest surprise revelation was that Amb. Rice
knew it was a terrorist attack by 9/12 after talking to the Libyan PM. I had always assumed that she was chosen to spread the false talking points because she didn't know anything, but that's been totally blown out of the water now.
Everything else I already knew or guessed, or doesn't surprise me, but it's good to have it on the record.

This order to stand down was given not once, but at least twice. What was or is the chain of command for "stand down" orders? Who are these people? What is their justification for their actions? It is wishful thinking to believe that the public will ever get answers to such questions.

I lived through and experienced the Watergate scandal back in the early to mid '70's.
This is 10 times worse, and skates though. The MSM with their autographed Barak Obama knee pads is disgusting.

Yep. And, DCM Hicks was demoted for speaking out and has yet to be restored in rank. RSO Eric Nordstrom is in language training for onward assignment to Lower Slobovia. He can forget about bidding on anything other than Third World hardship posts for the remainder of his career. Deputy Assistant Secretary Mark Thompson will fade into obscurity. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen A. Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods will have their names added to a cold marble slab in the Diplomatic entrance of the Harry S. Truman building. End of story.
The slab bears the names of many friends and colleagues, lost in the long twilight struggle for freedom. But MSM and the American people are too busy with what's going on with American Idol to care about that. It breaks my heart.

I never thought it would make any difference, but we live in hope.
The country is divided. Those who support the Left will do so no matter what. Those who support the Right will do so unless those whom they support turn out to be squishy. Then they will stay home and grouse.

I'm still wondering what going on with the part we'll probably never see. Who are ambassadors? Some are career diplomats but many are donors to Obama’s campaign. High dollar donors. The ones in stable countries are OK but what the ones in say Upper Dungholia. By their inaction, this administration has painted larger targets on all of them. They've sent out the message that killing an American ambassador wont cause a reaction. I'm sure they've been screaming for more protection behind the scenes and getting it.

It's pretty simple. Bammy gave the first order to stand down....then LEFT, so the upper crusty officers had no choice but to continue the stand-down order. Bammy also probably left a 'standing order' he was not to be disturbed to try to claim the *plausible deniabilty* that he didn't know what was going on
because no one woke him up.
If he does get into a corner, he'll screech 5TH AMENDMENT, and not testify at all.
The slimiest, vile and most twisted excuse for human beings as exists on this planet, Bammy, Hillary, and the rest of the governmental mafia won't lose a WINK of sleep over the kidnapping-turned-murder, since the 'bargaining chip' inconvenienced them so badly by dying.
AGRH! These people DISGUST me.

“It is incomprehensible for a rational person to understand their reasoning in perpetuating this lie, and all the others that have gone before it solely for ideologys sake.”
Their only moral compass is: Does this action advance the agenda of “progressivism” or not?
If they judge it to advance “progressivism” then it is moral.
If they judge it to not advance “progressivism” then it is immoral.
Everything, lies, murder, rape, all is permissible and moral if it advances their agenda. This is exactly what we have seen on the left, from Lenin to Cambodia to Hitler.
Yes, Hitler was a leftist.
