You got my point. The only persons in a court proceeding who are not under oath are . . the lawyers.
If true justice is ever to be dispensed in this country, lawyers need to be as accountable to the truth as everyone else. It is the manipulation of the truth in which they find their pathway to riches and the way that ordinary citizens find their way to being monetarily indebted to them, just to clear their name against the lies and purposeful distortions.
The perfect example is most ACLU cases which hang totally on the perception it will cost many times more to fight them to have the truth known, than to accept some sort of “deal” just to save you from bankruptcy. High priced shakedown artists.
Just ask the whistle-blowers on Benghazi how they feel about the legal profession. From the testimony yesterday, Hicks said it best. Vickie and her husband Joe say they are doing their work pro-bono but in essence it is just and investment. At least they are using the side of good. Then again, if the truth really mattered anymore, the need to be making the offer would not have existed.
