In a sane world, there could be no argument against this action.
A sane world would be w/o politicians/lying lawyers and a small gov't. And that same small gov't would follow Our Constitution. And in a sane world, a man's word is his honor. And in a sane world - people wouldn't deliberately do what they know is illegal!
