This is common sense. Lower IQ people tend to produce less and end up on the public dole more. Of course a nation should desire to limit or even prohibit immigrants that will lessen society.

I agree. Also no criminals, mentally ill, or those with communicable disease. Furthermore, immigrants should have sponsors so that they would land on welfare. iirc, the Bahamas require that you have a certain amount of wealth before you are admitted.

It is an article of faith among the Left that there is no statistically significant difference in intelligence or other mental quality between the races, and that intelligence has NO relation to genetics.
