There are tools/websites that allow you do screen captures and post them to websites.
An easy one to use is:

The free version has a 5 minute time limit. The "pro" version ($15) allows for sound recording and unlimited time recording of screen capture. But that is how long each Republican had to interview the three people.
You probably would not want to record each Democrat's five minute period...
This website allows you:
(1) set a portion of the screen to record.
(2) post to screencast-o-matic.com website
(3) post to youtube.com
(4) create an MP4 file.
You need the $15 "pro" version to record sound from the computer system board.
This is going to be replayed tonight on C-Span (3?).

So far the only announcement by C-SPAN is that highlights wil be rebroadcast on C-SPAN (NOT C-SPAN3) at 9pm tonight and Sunday 10:30am.
I am upset that C-Span will rebroadcast the ENTIRE hearing for Americans not able to watch this afternoon. C-SPAN is doing a great disservice by just rebroadcasting highlights...
Unless, that is, they plan to only rebroadcast Repub questions and answers-—and skip the Dems! LOL
