"Political correctness does not legislate tolerance; it only organizes hatred." Jacques Barzun I strongly recommend the trilogy of books by Tom Rob Smith: Child 44, The Secret Speech, and Agent 6. Child 44 has been picked up by Ridley Scott to become a Hollywood movie. Tom Rob Smith brilliantly takes you in the mind of the common Soviet citizen who fears not only what he says but what he failed to say. Not only words but mannerisms are under scrutiny. An unfounded accusation can be a ticket to prison. The German movie "The Lives of Others" ( about the Stasi in East Germany ) was William Buckley's favorite movie. It should be required viewing in every high school. If you watch it don't forget to watch the extra comments by the cast ( some who had to live under the Stasi ). "You only have power over people as long as you don't take everything away from them. But when you've robbed a man of everything, he's no longer in your power--he's free again. ― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Lupica needs to be subjected to “microphone control.”
First, he will need a background check.
After that, if he is, indeed, allowed to use a mic, it will need to be locked away until it is used and the mic cord will have to be stored in a separate location. He can have no back up mics.
The mic will need to be equipped with a “volume suppressor” that keeps the sound of his voice at a just audible level.
Other sanctions are being considered, and will be made public when appropriate to do so.
