I doubt there’s much that South Korea can do to hurt the North.As for the US...has our Community Organizer-In-Chief apologized to North Korea recently?

As much as the North is hurting already, the South could make life much worse for the small leadership class. A few well placed strikes could cripple what little infrastructure they have, IMHO.
