Not counting all the votes of the voters who voted for Romney kept Romney out of the White House.
But Romney let it get so close that cheating was viable.
If Romney had hammered Obama over Benghazi, he might have put enough separation between them to overcome the fraud.
As it turned out, the Obama lies that were so outrageous, coupled with the political jailing of the film-maker and the MSM assault on Romney for speaking out within days of the attacks, were a part of the plan to protect Obama, or at least keep the White House for Democrats.
