During the late 1990s, a Libertarian attracted quite a following to his anti-family e-mail list that pretended to be conservative and pro-family. During the late 1960s, that same individual was a founding member of SDS: Students for a Democratic Society, which was actually a radical communist organization.

Not a well-thought plan. The parking garage at Arlington National Cemetery is part of a federal reservation where guns are prohibited. The traffic circle and bridgehead on the “Virginia side” of Memorial Bridge is actually within the boundaries of the District of Columbia and is under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service. Corporal Kokesh has probably already violated federal conspiracy statutes in calling for what he himself admits is an illegal activity.
WHICH Tea Party. There is no one Tea Party. If there was we might be able to tell the RINO Party “Buh Bye”.

It would be fine in an open carry area. There have been open carry events at the state capitol in Michigan with no problem other than liberals screaming for arrests of lawfully armed people. (Which didn’t happen)
Breaking a standing law on the other hand is a real bad idea.

A nutcase tried something like this in my dinky town on my wedding day. I think he’s still in the slammer for threatening public officials. Some of my guests wondered just what kind of ceremony I was having when they had to run a gauntlet of FBI, BATF, SWAT, and news teams to get the wedding.
My prediction: 15 protestors, several hundred “journalists” ...

This is going nowhere. there isn’t a region in this country that will allow an armed protest to form.
Anybody who shows up for this is a bigger fool than the fool who thought it up.
I don’t care how noble the cause or how brilliant the planned action is, I’m not going to follow some commie kook who masquerades as a Republican and lies about his military service to get elected.
