THIS could have been GAME, SET, MATCH for Obama, another BinLaden kill moment. Video of Obama in the situation room commanding the rescue of an American ambassador, photos of a rescue, Interviews of survivors, canceling his trip to Vegas, the whole SHAMWOW. It would have been a guarantee of reelection. So there is something so damning that he passed on one of the greatest campaign moments in American politics.

He was just too much of a coward to do it. Plus that would have destroyed months of banging the “Al Qaeda is dead” drum.

Most people miss that. And when you tell them, they keep blabbering nonsense.

It is the key question: WHY would a President NOT have rescue as his REAL goal ?

It's like someone winning the lottery and purposely not claiming the winnings. There is always a reason why.

I agree with you. My guess is that these AQ terrorists were using the guns and weapons that Obama had been giving them to attack and kill our ambassador.he does not want that to get out. I still want to see his stand down order.
