I believe you are correct. Or else it was Valery Jarret behind the scenes who told Hilderbeast to run with the narrative and H.R.Clinton would get the administration's support. I know there's no love loss between Jarret and Clinton since it was Panetta and Clinton who gave the green light to take out OBL over Jarett's objections.
The trail leads directly back to Hillary. Who else was involved is anyone’s guess at this point. Get whoever was making those Tweets out of the Cairo Embassy before Hillary herself used the account that night and ask them where they got the idea. If they name Hillary then hang it all on her unless she wants to talk.
