The Federal Search Warrant was obtained through giving false information to a Federal judge by the Deputy.
So his son broke the law which means the cops can put the lives of numerous others at risk?
That’s one heck of an entry for a misdemeanor charge.
Raids like that should be reserved for people who clearly present a clear and present danger to innocents, and who are likely to fire upon officers trying to arrest them.
Everybody else needs to be arrested by uniformed officers coming politely to the door, presenting an arrest warrant, and giving the person an opportunity to come out peacefully.
