Man, he is whiny. And his son, who lives with him, was pretending to be a cop which is why the house was raided.

Please tell me you are being ironic.

PLEASE.

Even if you were serious, LIE TO ME.

I do not want to think that people who purport to revere the Constitution would describe someone who was absolutely violated as 'whiney'.

“pretending to be a cop”

You might want to read the entire article.

“My son is a Security Bondman AND a NC State Fugitive Recovery Agent”
They took Christopher’s badge from his room and had sworn to the judge signing the Federal Search Warrant that “Christopher does not work for the State of North Carolina.” Man are they in for a rude awakening. The Federal Search Warrant was obtained through giving false information to a Federal judge by the Deputy.

So his son broke the law which means the cops can put the lives of numerous others at risk?

That’s one heck of an entry for a misdemeanor charge.

Raids like that should be reserved for people who clearly present a clear and present danger to innocents, and who are likely to fire upon officers trying to arrest them.

Everybody else needs to be arrested by uniformed officers coming politely to the door, presenting an arrest warrant, and giving the person an opportunity to come out peacefully.

Pretending to be a cop. Well that accounts for the slam-bang destruction, one supposes.
But not for me.

ZOMG!!! Pretending to be one of the King's Men!!?!!

They should have used an armored brigade, and killed everyone in the house. And the neighbors on both sides, too...
