I’m pretty sure that the “high capacity” magazines are already covered under kalifornia law. Guess the la city council (11-0?)wanted the homies to understand cause they must have been getting around state law by declaring they only used clips. Not magazines. Really 11-0? Just guessin’ but my bet is there’s a “d” behind all 11. So, what’s next?
