like i said in previous posts, you do NOT need to collapse the bunker... all ya gotta do is destroy/close their entry/escape routes and air vents so that they suffocate before they can be dug out, dead is deadCruise missiles probably could not carry a bunker buster payload - maybe ... I have not heard of such... Israel has at least 5 German built conventionally powered diesel subs maybe more. They are top rated with Polaris type ballistic missiles and Cruise missiles. The missiles are nuclear armed - maybe have conventional warheads too - not sure.
