Viral video: Man arrested outside Fayetteville ABC store [for drinking. . .iced tea]

A video on YouTube showing a man being arrested in Fayetteville has gone viral after the man insisted all he was doing was drinking tea in the parking lot of an ABC store on Morganton Road.
I tell you that really ticks me off, big time BIG TIME...not because it diminishes stop and frisk, but because it is clearly an abuse of power not to mention that it is a complete humiliation of this MAN. Has it ever occurred to this cop to do what is trained in every police academy in the country? That you NEVER go antagonistic into ANY situation that is not a threat? “Hey fellas, how are you doing! Nice car you got there...Say listen, not to be a ball breaker, but the owner of this store is a nervous guy...Is there any chance you guys can take it elsewhere?” You start with that, if it escalates, then it’s a different story. But this guy comes in gang busters and makes himself look KKK. What an asshole. He knew he was wrong too which is why he unlocked the handcuffs.
