Plan "A" was to place the blame on a White male Christian Tea Party type. Remember when they said they had made an arrest and the press had staked out the court house then suddenly there was a phony bomb scare, the court house was evacuated and that story fell down the memory hole? I think the local cops arrested the real perps but the Feds swooped and put an end to that real quick.
So wait a second, if their original plan was a 4th of July event which included suicide, how did the suicide part change when they changed the date?

I remember reading that the wife was working up to 80 hours a week.
If it is true that she regularly worked double shifts, then she was at work or sleeping most of the time and her lazy ass husband had plenty of time to build bombs and clean up and put things away.
It’s not hard to believe that the wife knew nothing. She worked 80 hours a week which means she wasn’t home very much. A lot can get accomplished when the wife isn’t there.
Secondly, these men don’t value their women as people. They are beneath camels, goats and DOGs even, in fact a goat has more value than a woman. They are nothing more than maids and baby making machines. Those men don’t talk to their wives unless they have to hide under her burkah and then it’s nothing more than an order she has to obey.
So, is it conceivable that she wouldn’t know? Yep.

Or dead Brother was a CIA asset that went rogue and decided to wing it. Interesting history about his application for a Russian passport and how he left it behind in Russia.
Haven’t looked into all the details to see how much looks like reality.
As someone pointed out...Russia could have alerted US to Dead Bomber to see what the US would do as a test to see if he was an asset.

What I do know is that Uncle ran with the bigwigs of Chechnya.
I doubt the bigwigs became Oligarchs without some Mafia influence somewhere.
I doubt he married into a high level former CIA family without being vetted.
I doubt the US received Warnings without someone here finding out about and/or knowing about said Uncle.
