I'm thinking you're absolutely right. She's the product of our educational system. She has enjoyed the blessings of Liberty, but never appreciated its high cost. I was a boy watching the newsreel footage of this man's leap to freedom when it was first released. It's vivid imagery still haunts me to this very day. He was lucky. Many died attempting to escape the tyranny of the hammer and sickle flag...
