HPD: Man with AR-15 shoots himself at Bush Intercontinental Airport
HPD tells KHOU 11 News the shooting was self-inflicted and happened near a security checkpoint inside Terminal B.
There are no other reports of injuries.
KHOU 11’s Sherry Williams is on the scene and reports at least one ambulance is on the scene. She counted at least a dozen HPD squad cars.

The station reports that a body was found in the lobby of Terminal B of the airport. The elevator system was shut down in Terminal B.
