The good people of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma need to fix this.... permanently.
There is a severe ammo shortage, but last I checked the shelves had plenty of rope. If this guy is guilty, and the DNA is certainly suggestive in that direction, it would be nice to see swift justice.
Not a whole lot of tall trees around there. They might have to use the most convenient lamp post.
