You mean soldiers’ First Amendment rights are nonexistent? The God-given right to free speech and freedom of religion that soldiers have died for, is being denied them?

You are also free to exercise your religion, however you can’t proselytize.
It’s actually very simple.
The establishment and Free Exercise clause forbids the state from allowing itself to support any religion. The free exercise clause prohibits it from denying free exercise of religion to anyone.
IMO this action does not at all abridge the religious freedom of a christian. It simply dissuades a proselytising individual from abridging the freedom or religion of another.
Pretty sure an order banning proselytization would stand supreme court scrutiny.
