Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence arrest and conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didnt feel he represented a big enough threat. Other reporting confirms Tsarnaevs arrest for domestic violence but were seeking confirmation of a conviction. Nevertheless he would have been subject to removal for the arrest itself.
So after all the Feds knew all about these people prior to the bombing, including being warned by multiple foreign governments, they and their family members had committed other crimes here, which one of the bombers could have been deported for, in addition to the fact we had info #1 was traveling to foreign countries to meet with terrorist radicals, there is more...Etc etc..
So once again, your suggesting even as the government takes hundreds of billions from the tax payers for their supposedly massive anti terrorist departments and intel etc, you're going to sit there and suggest the feds were just simply powerless to do anything because their hands were tied?
Come on Boogieman....No one buys that cheet.
The feds were so clueless that they had to ask the public to to I’d these two.
The Russians didn’t notify us about this guy until last November, when he was already a US Citizen, therefore he could not just have been deported for some old domestic violence beef at that point. It takes a little more than that to convince a judge to strip someone of their citizenship.
So, what else do you think, within their legally constrained powers, could the Feds have done to stop these guys?
