Personally I think it would be poetic justice. All of these Unions got their membership to vote for the dems that pushed it through so they should be required to live with what they wanted everyone else to be stuck with.

They don’t want to pick a fight with these idiots, because they know that it’s just a matter of time before the USPS (at least as we know it now) is going to cease to exist.

Everyone should have to endure their “fair share” of suffering. That goes for those foghorn buffoons on Capitol Hill too. Those bass turds wrote and passed this garbage, they should have to live with the consequences of their dumbass actions.

Why does’t GOP simply say that the states have never delegated to the federal government via the Constitution the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for public healthcare purposes?

Agree.
Shove it up their backside too.

It seems to be a political gimmick to help lawmakers undo an amendment to the Affordable Care Act that was meant to be a poison pill,
So the AFGE President is on the record as admitting that there are poison pills in ObamaCare?
Even if this proposal goes nowhere, forcing him to make such an admission is an absolutely priceless outcome.

Getting Obama elected: $1 billion.
Getting Obamacare passed: Months of propaganda and political strongarming against overwhelming negative public opinion.
Having to drink from the very punchbowl you placed the turd into: Priceless.

Because by doing so they’d invalidate 99% of laws on the books.
Not saying that’s a bad thing, just that it’ll never happen.

End Obamacare? The GOP won’t even defund it. Remember all those campaign promises about defunding Obamacare once they got (re)elected? Not a peep out of ‘em now that they’re safely ensconced in the halls of power. Shameful.
To: mdittmar
Ooohhhh,
now I get it.
When Zero said that you can keep your health insurance if you like it, he was referring only to federal workers, not us peons.
