I don’t disagree with this. As an employer needing bilingual employees, I know it is very easy to get false ID’s and SS#. Not even the IRS catches them, why should employers be fined for not resolving what no Federal Agencies will or can?
“ not even the IRS catches them.” Are you serious, IRS turns a blind eye. I had a friend, named Jackie, who has an Hispanic last name. Every year for 11 years the IRS sent her W-2 forms for Jack ———ez, who worked at a furniture factory in CA. Every year, she reported the IRS, that she didn’t live in CA and did not work at a furniture factory. Finally after having to report this for 11 years in a row, her husband called the employer and told him to stop paying the taxes under his wife’s name or he would report the guy to INS (ICE, now).
“As an employer needing bilingual employees, I know it is very easy to get false IDs and SS#. “
It also easy to identify them through eVerify. Not to mention, you damned well when you are hiring an illegal alien.
That's part of the problem. They don't/won't assimilate as long as there are those willing to accommodate them.
