Six (MUSLIM) men from the West Midlands have pleaded guilty to planning to bomb an English Defence League rally.
Omar Mohammed Khan, Mohammed Hasseen, Anzal Hussain, Mohammed Saud, Zohaib Ahmed and Jewel Uddin admitted preparing an act of terrorism. All six will be sentenced on 6 June.
Five of them took a homemade bomb to an EDL rally in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, last June but arrived after it ended.
They were caught after their car was stopped and found to have no insurance.
Police and security services had no intelligence about the planned attack, although one of the would-be killers, Jewel Uddin, was under surveillance in relation to another terror plan.

Are the bombers back on the streets yet and have the leaders of the EDL been arrested for inciting violence?
I am sure they will face a stiff month in prison with weekends out and might get a threat to cut off their welfare benefits, not a serious one though

It is time to put an end to the charade of “moderate Islam.” There is no such thing as moderate Muslim. Muslims are either jihadists or dormant jihadists – moderate, they are not.

MI5 considers the EDL a threat. I’m stunned taht they didn’t allow the bombing to occur. I guess they realized it would help the British Freedom Party.
This is England so I’m sure they’ll just pay a fine and be released to the custody of their mothers.
It’s a strange world we live in when people who love their country and are willing to fight to preserve it are considered a threat.
