These are impeachable offenses even if committed by Holder who is an Obama appointee. SCOTUS has already ruled on this during Nixon’s time.

There are multiple impeachable offenses just in the month of April alone. Acts of treason have been committed and Congress should act on this. 0bama, Napolitano and Holder consistently move to protect and defend enemies and foreign invaders while admonishing, threatening, and disenfranchising innocent Americans and whistle blowers who seek only "get to the bottom of this" as 0bama stated regarding Benghazi.
The problem is that the House does the impeaching.
It takes 50% to impeach.
Although Republicans have that 50%, what they lack is testicular fortitude.
If they could gather up enough courage to vote impeachment, it would take 2/3rds of the Senate to agree to the actual impeachment, and that vote would be impossible.
Obama could come out as gay and a cannibal who eats baby fetus and still the Senate democrats would not vote impeachment.
