In their twisted frame of reference, non-paraphilic and/or non-homophilic = homophobic.

Actually, they've been deliberately abusing the word "homophobia" since the 80's, when Hunter Madsen (a.k.a. "Erastes Pill", in which erasths is the Greek active aorist [simple past] participle for "screw") and fellow-conspirator Marshall Kirk instructed fellow movement propagandists to employ the techniques of Josef Goebbels liberally in blackening, demeaning, and "jamming" conservative critics of their paraphilia and its political protagonists.
