BTW the SCOTUS has already determined that a president CAN be impeached for the actions of his appointees if he does nothing to correct for their misdeeds. This was true in the Nixon era and is doubly true today! The wussified kongress however will do what they do best....hide from reality.

but to the liars, it can mean,
