Is anyone in Boston complaining?
My guess is that they were terrified that they would be blown up next and are happy that the two were stopped.
I am counting on Liz Warren to take care of Boston, they voted for her.

If police searched without warrants does that mean that what they found could not be used against them in court?

Personally I think less cops and more community involvement is one option but I don’t have any expectation of perfection.

I would also remind the people that police are potentially dangerous (as they should be sometimes) and its a tense situation.

Yes, everything can be used against them. Failing to tell the police no and opening the door to your home is silent consent.

In Britain, under “Section 18 (1) PACE” If you have been arrested the police don’t even need to get a warrant, they can just role to your door and if necessary, force entry
