During black biker week in Myrtle Beach, the ONLY neurosurgeon in town would take his vacation that time every year. The GSWs and blunt traumas would have to be flown to Charleston, Columbia or Wilmington NC......
A friend of mine here in Myrtle Beach used to close his restaurant for “vacation” during black bike week until he was sued by the NAACP. Then he opened it, with one cook, one waitress/waiter and it seems that they ran out of most food daily.....wink, wink. It is horrible during black bike week week. They walk out of restaurants and stores without paying and just cause overall havoc. I hate going out at all. They try to get you to hit their bikes.
It’s really amazing that for the week prior to black bike week we have Harley week and everyone has fun! The restaurants and stores make a ton of money and there’s almost no trouble. The difference is readily apparent.
