BURLINGTON, Vt., April 29, 2013 The George W. Bush Presidential Library is now living history. The Southern Methodist University campus will house some of the most important documents spanning one of the most consequential periods in American history.
Mr. Bush, affably known by nicknames 43, Dubya, and The Dub, entered office after a disputed election. His first few months saw him ram through supply-side tax cuts that turned around a slowing economy he inherited from his predecessor. Despite a NASDAQ collapse of over 90 percent, Bush did not spend one minute complaining about his circumstances or blaming anybody else. He rolled up his sleeves and went to work. His promise upon taking office was to restore honor and dignity to the White House. After eight years of endless scandals during the prior administration, he did exactly that.
On September 11, 2001, radical Islamists from al Qaeda hijacked American airplanes and flew them into the two World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon. A fourth plane destined for the White House was diverted when brave passengers took the plane back. United 93 would crash in a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania. New York was ground zero of a war America never asked or. Yet after almost four decades of presidents unwilling or unable to take the fight overseas, President George W. Bush launched a Global War on Terror.
He left office with toxic poll numbers, but has seen a revival as Americans come to appreciate and respect the hard choices he made during the toughest of times.
The left always hated him, felt he stole the 2000 election, and never gave him the decency and respect that an American leader deserves. Yet an honest look...

Horse manure.
Right you are. The Global War on Terror isn't over yet. But it won't end well. Bush had a unique opportunity to completely eradicate radical islam right after 9/11, but he chose not to do it.
He won all the 'battles' on the battlefield.
Again, I agree. But he never delivered that desicive final blow. He never went all-in. Radical islam today should be as discredited as nazism was in 1945. But it's not!
Radical islam gains new supporters every day. That sure wasn't true of nazism in 1945. FDR and Churchill saw to that.
As President, there were many ways to ensure that a domestic enemy is not elected to the highest office in the land. Dozens of ways. Bush did NONE of them. This means he is part of the act.
Let’s say President Bush had made such a declaration. How would he have proved it?
So you can’t answer a direct question. I get it.
Ya think millions of Americans standing knee deep in illegals didn't notice after 8 years of the Bush disaster?
Where ya been rudeboy?
You can chant slogans at me all night, if you wish.
You’re evading the questions...

Thanks. I diod find something on Cato’s website.
The Conservative Case Against Bush from 2006:

Nope, that conservatives did not stand up and defend President over criticism for the lightest casualties in US war history is why we have President Obama. Many stood by idly, particularly in the conservative chattering class, apparently not understanding that, if they let the left smear Bush, the next GOP nominee would be both more liberal and damaged in the general election.
So instead of defending president Bush they sat on a couch with Nancy Pelosi or wanted to cut and run on a battle they earlier favored taking on. President Bush merely was president and made the kinds of tough decisions that not everyone liked.
As I have said here many times, I have been following politics since 1968 and President George W. Bush was the best president in my lifetime.
Remember serenity island? It was always a fantasy.
I asked some rather serious questions in my comment #117. Knock ‘em out of the park, champ.
'chose not to' or 'was shut down by the other branches of government and the MSM ' ?
Let me ask you this... How exactly would you COMPLETELY ERADICATE 'radical islam' ?
You wanted conservatives to defend Bush’s, “Compassionate wars” which lasted decades?
Are you high?
Oh stop rudeboy...
You’re making a fool out of yourself...Again...
Given the info available in 2008, and the 'mood' of the public, name JUST ONE WAY that President Bush could have proved Obama should not be elected, and prevent him from running at all.
That’s what I figured . . . you can’t. Some border “expert” you are. /s
Pretty easily. The evidence of fraud concerning the Obama storyline is quite abundant. The mainstream propaganda media would have been forced to cover this story if Bush had made it an issue of national security. It would not have been swept aside as evidence was brought forth such as the cold case posse uncovered. The fact is that the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three requires that the President Elect PROVE that he/she is eligible to serve or Congress must name a replacement. The eligibility issue would have been front and center before the election and there is no way Obama would have defeated Hillary Clinton much less get elected over John McCain.
One world socialist prick!!!
