I’m torn on this one... while I can easily see Al Jazeera being guilty of exactly what is being claimed, there’s also the danger of this type of suspension being used by a government that simply dislikes what the agency is reporting (or the agency refuses to parrot the official government line).

The vagueness of “provocative, misleading and exaggerated with the objective of disturbing the civil and democratic process” is what worries me here. What would be the reaction if the US government shut down Fox News, or say, a Koch brothers owned LA Times using the same rationale?
