The nasty hag (councilwoman Hodges) claims to lead a non-profit CHRISTIAN organization (501-C) yet act in this manner towards innocent kids? she needs to be called out on this one badly. I'm going to guess that a detailed investigation of her 501c will show it's mostly a jobs program for relatives and friends.

Yup...and IMO most of all so she can have all those 501C donation for herself...tax free!!!
