Clearly, the implication is of one going from darkness into the light after learning. Every time colors are used in this world, someone wants to make a racial issue of it.
This kind of reminds me of the Texas official who went off over the use of the term “black hole” over documents that went missing and said we should call it a “white hole”.
Black is not a color. Black is the absence of any color.
How about calling it an A-hole, a flaming A-hole?
