You’re welcome. I recall that Anoreth’s life improved dramatically once she had her tonsils and adenoids out. I should have that checked on Frank, who has never slept well, when he goes to the doctor in June.
My tonsils were taken out when I was 14. My current sleep problems have to do with CFIDS, and I don’t know that there is any way to rectify the sleep problems without nedication.
I do know that between the lack of sound sleep and the amount of pain I’m in on a daily basis have a direct bearing on my BP. I’m not going to allow the medicos to treat the hypertension as a disease, when it is only a symptom of something being wrong within my body.
