Yup, they were RATS, but were also working on some of Duncan's dealings, could had been purely Rat work or there may have been something there.

Think Bush fired something like 12 RAT US attorneys and got a lot of flack over it.
What had me suspicious was Duncan pushing projects that nobody wanted (Think one was a VTOL craft like the Osprey that was a loser from the get go).
AFAIK Hunter was clean and I liked him. A lot. But anything is possible. He was after all GOP to the core. My default position is anything cooked up by dems is BS, but I’ll keep an open mind on this one.
