Some were well within Ghengis Khan's sweep. I have an Hungarian friend who looks Russian from the eyes up, but the rest of the face is classic Asian, wide bony face, shovel shaped teeth - it's freaky.

Someone once told me, that years ago our agencies looking for Russian spies in America would always look at the back of their heads. Supposedly, Russian babies were seldom picked up and cuddled, so their heads were often flat in the back from laying in cribs all the time.
