What he was really thinking:
“... To more ably accomplish our mission, which is opening the floodgates to an invasion of people from cultures which have almost nothing in common with traditional American culture, and which will effectively destroy what’s left of America, just as ancient Rome was destroyed by barbarian invasions.”
On Tuesday, members of the Senate Intelligence Committee were told during a briefing closed to the public that Russia made multiple contacts with the United States regarding Tsarnaev, including at least once since October 2011, Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.) told reporters.
The FBI previously acknowledged its investigators interviewed Tsarnaev in early 2011 but did not determine him to be a threat. He was not placed on the no-fly list.
As FrontPage reported last September, FBI agents arent allowed to treat individuals associated with terrorist groups as potential threats to the nation.
The fact that a terrorism suspect is associated with a terrorist group officially means nothing, according to the FBI document, Guiding Principles: Touchstone Document on Training.
After first handcuffing FBI agents investigating terrorism, the Touchstone document also invokes the gods of political correctness by making agents afraid of asking useful questions that might produce actionable information.
Training must emphasize that no investigative or intelligence collection activity may be based solely on race, ethnicity, national origin, or religious affiliation, the Touchstone document reads, borrowing some language from civil rights legislation.

The third floor of the wood-framed house in which the Tsarnaev family lived in a quiet, residential street in Cambridge used to be noisy and messy, the sound of furious arguments often heard through the open windows by neighbours
Obamas Thought Police Removing Islam from Terror Training Manuals
October 21, 2011
The White House is removing all references to Islam in their terror training manuals. Obama is responding to Muslim groups, such as CAIR, which are unindicted co-conspirators with Hamas, who claim using the word Islam is bigotry.
To deprive the security personnel the use of appropriately descriptive words is a violation of the First Amendment. Obama is President of the Big Brother thought police, and people should be very concerned about this.
Deputy U.S. Attorney General James Cole confirmed on Wednesday that the Obama administration was pulling back all training materials used for the law enforcement and national security communities, in order to eliminate all references to Islam that some Muslim groups have claimed are offensive.
I recently directed all components of the Department of Justice to re-evaluate their training efforts in a range of areas, from community outreach to national security, Cole told a panel at the George Washington University law school.
The move comes after complaints from advocacy organizations including the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and others identified as Muslim Brotherhood front groups in the 2004 Holy Land Foundation terror fundraising trial.
In a Wednesday Los Angeles Times op-ed, Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) president Salam al-Marayati threatened the FBIwith a total cutoff of cooperation between American Muslims and law enforcement if the agency failed to revise its law enforcement training materials. Yahoo news
