Why wouldn’t they test them? Does that suggest that the exact same ones were tested by others, in other countries, so no need to do a test run? Arrgg

There was this link a few days ago, juxtaposing Joker's tweets to unexplained explosions in Hanover, MA, on 12 and 15 March.

One must assume the Hanover PD investigated, and, if there were pressure cooker parts or other similarities to the Marathon bombs, we would have heard about it by now.
