Catherine Herridge broke news today that they are suspecting a third person possibly involved because of the triggering device was ‘a line of sight’ mechanism, meaning person triggering blasts had to have view of bomb. Whatever that means.
It means there couldn't be a building between the transmitter and the bomb.
Probably means something similar to infrared remote controls on your TV. Have to be pointed somewhat toward the TV to get it to work. Directional beam. The timing was perfect to maximize effect. One person running from explosion #1 got involved with #2.

NO ONE has found the TRANSMITTER, and only an examination of it would provide an insight into it's range and ability.
