Fox News Catherine Herridge is reporting today that the FBI has not ruled out the possibility of a third party involved in the Boston Marathon terrorist bombing. Evidence that the two bombs were detonated not by a cell phone but by parts ripped from a toy car remote control suggest that whoever triggered the explosions had to have been in the line of sight of the bombs.

Good deal. Now do things change much if this is 2.4 GHz? Line of sight or close to it would come into play I would think.
And, has 2.4 GHz really been confirmed or are we still guessing?
Here's puffy jacket man possibly pushing stroller with partner(?) bent over and possible victim shown at left. Also shown are Saudis (now separated from other two shown bottom right), along with Hispanic male who is seen in many of the photos around blast area and acting odd, especially after the blast. Bomb placement is somewhere in vicinity of puffy coat man.
I wonder if this is their discarded stroller?

I hope the FBI collected that stroller for dna scour.
Thanks for answering my question. “To watch the Kenyan runners”—what BS!
I have a feeling a lot more of this is forthcoming, and soon. The Good Guys (if there are any left in CIA and FBI) better get with the program. Right now they are playing catch-up.
No, the height causes anything except leaning over the edge of the building to be obscured. HOWEVER, if the detonator was wired to balloons which were ten or twelve feet in the air when signal is sent, well ... and you might notice there was a woman holding several yellow balloons leading the two bombers onto the sidewalk, but she stepped to the side against a building and let them pass her. BTW, the wire and perhaps the detonator source signal may have just drifted away from the scene of the bombings.
I wonder if that's a pair of sunglasses in upper right corner of photo. If that other guy had a puffy down jacket on I'd think it was him without the sunglasses. That's a stretch, but the 'white hand' is odd.
