Like Thomas Jefferson, good Americans like these are hard to find nowadays.

There also was testimony to congress about an actual program written for the electronic voting machines to hedge the vote in a certain direction by enough percentage points to achieve the goal but not so many as to raise flags.

While I do not know how many machines were infected by this program it is a very simple segment of code and easily removes itself from the machine after voting is completed.

A person like myself who writes in Assembly or a good C programmer could do this in under a hundred lines of code.
