how about a federal reciprocity law just like DL licenses.
I would love it but until there are uniform requirements in all states(training, back ground check procedures etc), it won't happen. Besides CA, IL, NY etc.....would never go for it.
I live in SC where we don't have reciprocity in neighboring Georgia. In order for me to be able to legally carry concealed in Georgia (and other many other states), I have to get my permit in Florida and pay $55. It's a real PITA for those of us who want to travel through these states to get to a destination that SC doesn't have reciprosity with.
How about the Fed and judges READING the f*cking 2nd Amendment language.
If need be, bring in a basic English major to show the dip-shits how to diagram a sentence and Webster to help define the words in the phrase ‘shall not be infringed’
